All repair and service jobs have a minimum “bench fee” depending on the applicable category. This deposit is due upon drop-off and is non-refundable. In the instance the client requests a pickup of the device before an initial estimate and diagnosis has been provided, the client will be refunded 50% of their deposit to cover the cost of equipment storage.

The bench fee will be deducted from the final invoice if the repair estimate is approved. However, If the client declines further service or the device is deemed non-repairable, the bench fee will not be refunded. These fees cover initial function testing, device assembly, time spent assessing the device, gathering necessary documentation, and researching parts availability and cost.

All labor done after the initial hour of work covered by the bench fee will be billed at a rate of $100/Hr. No work will be completed without the approval of the client, after an estimate has been provided.
Repair quotes will provide an estimate of labor/parts costs but the final bill may be higher or lower depending on parts availability and unforeseen faults discovered during the repair process. Complete Service agreement available Here

For custom builds and design services, rates and fees depend on a project basis. An estimate will be provided for special projects after a consultation with the client has been done.
